As a child, I was busy spending my allowance money on design plan books, I knew from a young age I wanted to get involved in home designing and construction. Having 20 years experience in the high end estate home planning services, I have always enjoyed the process of residential development. I have worked with many of the great residential Architect's including the early days of Robert Earl, Richard Landry and Hablinski & Manion. Starting out with my undergraduate courses at Pierce Community college in Architecture and business law in the evenings while working full time in the architectural industry, then transferred to UCLA extension courses of architecture, landscape and interiors. Member of the A.I.A., International Code Council and certified with the American Institute of Building Design. "Attention to the little details and always listening to the client's are the most vital issues I feel are important". The process can sometimes be very emotional, it is my job to guide and reassure the process goes as effortless as possible. My perception and vision joined with the client's dream and desires becomes their reality and an integral part of their daily living style.
